Mr. Newlin is a graduate of Rose Hulman Institute of Technology. He served as a 2nd Lieutenant in the Army Corps of Engineers in World War II. Following his military serve, Newlin served as an instructor in Civil Engineering at Rose Hulman Institute of Technology. Newlin joined the company in 1952, became President in 1965, and Chairman of the Board of Directors in 1999. Newlin is a licensed real estate broker and a licensed appraiser.

Mr. Newlin is a graduate of Rose Hulman Institute of Technology with a degree in mechanical engineering and earned a master’s degree in business administration from Indiana University. Newlin joined the firm as vice-president in 1979 and became president in 1999. Newlin is a licensed real estate broker and a licensed appraiser.

Mr. Monte is a graduate of Regis University earning a bachelor’s degree in finance and a master’s degree in accounting. Prior to joining the company Monte was senior vice president of Avnet, Inc. Monte joined the company in 2008 and was appointed Chief Operating Officer in August of 2013. Monte is a director of Newlin-Johnson and of Progress Building Corporation.

Mr. Miller is a graduate of Indiana State University with a degree in Business Administration. Miller began his real estate career at Miller-Sargent- Miller as a real estate sales person in 1980, and was named a partner in 1984. In 1991 the Miller firm merged with Newlin-Johnson and Miller was named Vice President of Newlin-Johnson. He obtained his Certified General Appraiser’s License for Indiana in 1991 as well. Miller has served as the President of the Terre Haute Area Association of Realtors, and in 1993-94 served as President of the Indiana Association of Realtors, a 15,000 member organization of real estate and appraisal professionals. In 1997 Miller was recognized as the Indiana Association of Realtors Realtor of the Year. He holds both an Indiana Real Estate Brokers Licence and is an Indiana Certified General Appraiser.

Mr. Irwin joined Newlin-Johnson in 1978. Prior to joining the company Irwin owned and operated an independent insurance agency. Irwin was made a vice-president of the company in 1983. Irwin is a licensed insurance agent and real estate broker.
